The Local Business MBA

Graduate with a business.
Not the debt.

This isn’t academic theory, and it isn’t a surface-level “course.” It’s a decade of real-world operation, distilled into a clear path, ending in a profitable local business that can run without you.

The comparison

The live group

The business is real and you need it unstuck. Six months of structured work: three rebuilding your foundation, three putting it into action. By application only.

You’ve outgrown a curriculum. We work directly: rebuilding the foundation, installing the management layer, or preparing for a sale.

graduated with a business

“Since we started our business we’d been stuck at the $10k/mo mark. Fast forward after joining and we already broke $15k in record speed.”
Ian Njogu · cleaning company
“Within one month I had enough regular clients to replace the income we had lost.”
Michelle Jenkins Rackley · mom of 7, Oahu
“First legit job! It gives me the faith this is going to work in a massive way — it came in organically, simply from having a website.”

Questions

Asked often,
answered honestly

Do I need business experience?
No. The self-paced programme assumes you’re starting from zero: no industry background, no capital beyond a modest starting budget, no MBA vocabulary.
How much time does it take each week?
Plan for roughly 5 to 10 focused hours a week at the beginning. The programme is built to run alongside a job until the business can replace it.
What kind of business will I build?
A local home-service business: cleaning, lawn care, windows, junk removal, and similar. Boring on purpose: proven demand, low startup cost, and suited to remote operation.
Is this a franchise or licensing deal?
No. The business is entirely yours: your name, your brand, your equity. The programme is education and guidance, not a revenue share.
What if I already run a business?
Then start with the live group (by application) or advisory. See “Find your fit” above.
